Thank you so much for devoting the time and skills to attach the Blue Star Marker tour stone at the Library in Stevensville. I watched the young man work and he is indeed an artist. We had a beautiful day for our dedication and it was well attended. Thank you so much for your donation to honor our military!

Over the past few years we have purchased 17 small stones for our family pet cemetery and been very satisfied. Last week we purchased a much larger rock in memory of a special friend which we found to be a special experience.

First of all, Crimson Chaney helped us pick out the rock, then took our order and promised delivery next month. And then, she called within a week to tell us the stone was ready for pick up. We were naturally very pleased with the service but a little confused since most businesses today would promise delivery next week and then call with the order a month later.

We have all heard Marshall Field’s famous statement, “give the lady what she wants!” which few people still worry about doing. Here again, however, while Crimson was not willing to accept that and after printing a copy of what my wife had asked for and was very happy with, she quietly took the extra time to do another print out to which she added a design that was just terrific and doubled our satisfaction. We never realized what we were looking for could look so good.

After all of this, in answer to her call, when I went back to pick up the finished project, Crimson immediately came out, casually picked up the rock by herself and placed it carefully in the back of the car. When I got home it only took two of us men fifteen of twenty minutes to slide the rock out the back of the car where we could drop in onto the ground and then, since we couldn’t pick it up, roll it up to where we wanted it. Must admit we know her actions here put a pretty good dent into our respective feeling of pride in our “manhood” but we know the stone would still be laying in your yard if she had not done so. We were really impressed!

In short, she is something special and so is your operation. Thanks for the help.
